(The case has been heard through video conference) Mr. R.V.Shivaraj, Learned Counsel (Enrolment No. 716 of 2014) representing Mr. J.Michael Visuvasam, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the claim in W.C. No. 463 of 2012 before the Learned Commissioner for Employees' Compensation (Learned Deputy Commissioner of Labour - II) at Chennai has been settled in Lok Adalat and nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. He would further pray that the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
