Real Estate Kolumatthai v. The Secretary

W.M.P. Nos.30247 & 30249 of 2022 in W.P. Nos.28266 & 28267 of 2017 S.S.SUNDAR, J.

These petitions are filed to implead the proposed respondents 5 to 30 as respondents in the writ petitions in W.P. Nos.28266 and 28267 of 2017.

This court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions that the proposed parties are proper and necessary parties to the writ petition and their presence is necessary for an effective adjudication of all the issues that may arise and determine in the writ petitions.

2. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the writ petitions.
