This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 518 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment passed in Sessions Case No.157 of 2022, dated 24.02.2023 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Hosur .

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Legal Aid Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent, had no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
