When the matter came up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a civil suit and agitate the issue regarding the payment of interest and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate the issue regarding the payment of interest before the appropriate Civil Court. No costs.
