When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case. An Endorsement to the said effect is also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the competent civil court. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
