This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025.

Crl.M.P.No.16121 of 2025 rpl 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the conditional order has been complying scrupulously by the petitioner by reporting before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur.

3. Considering the stage of investigation, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Gudalur as and when required.
