M/S. Tata Capital Financial Services Limited v. M/S.Shreela Packs And Another

Arb.Appln.No.562 of 2023 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Ms.Narmadha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the vehicle is not able to be traced out, hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Application with liberty to file fresh application, and she has also made an endorsement to the said effect. The learned counsel further submitted that the initial remuneration fixed by this Court has already been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner, which submission is not refuted by the learned Advocate Commissioner.

In view of the above, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
