(1) of the Land Acquisition Act 1 of 1894 in respect of the petitioner's land situated at Mathur village, Madhavaram Taluk and comprised in Survey Nos.92/1, 176/1A1, 176/3A, 147/1C, 147/4, 87/1A, 91/1C, 92/2A, 92/2B, 174/2 & 149/3 by the Department of Industries, Government of Tamil Nadu vide (1)G.O. (Ms)No.1037 Industries (MID-1) dated 26.09.1990, (2)G.O.(Ms) No.1400 & 1401 Industries (MID-1) dated 04.12.1990 and the consequent declaration made under Section 6 of the Land

Acquisition Act 1 of 1894 and (1)G.O.(Ms)No.269, Industries (MID-1) dated 16.07.1992, (2)G.O.(Ms)No.279, Industries (MID-1) dated 20.07.1992, (3)G.O.(Ms)No.319, Industries (MID-1) dated 27.07.1992 as lapsed in view of the provisions contained in Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 or in the alternative directing the respondents to decide and pay the compensation amount within the time frame, for the lands comprised in Survey Nos. 92/1, 176/1A1, 176/3A, 147/1C, 147/4, 87/1A, 91/1C, 92/2A, 92/2B, 174/2 & 149/3 in Mathur Village, Madhavaram Taluk, so acquired from the petitioner as per the provisions under Section 24(2) of the Act 30 of 2013.
