Calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in respect of the impugned order viz., Registration Number D 2019:33-14132-000229 dated 13.09.2019 quash the same and further direct the 1 st Respondent to delete the name of the 4 th Respondent in the column of Name of wife and consequently direct the 2 nd Respondent to declare the petitioner as legal heir of the deceased person and also to issue the legal heir certificate within the time frame which may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The relief as sought for in the present writ petition, will not survive at this length of time, since it was filed to declare that the petitioner is a legal heir of the deceased person. The relief as sought for has to be adjudicated before the competent civil court. This Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
