This petition is filed under Order XXXII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole petitioner and appoint the 15th respondent herein as the guardian of the minor respondent 17.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any serious objection is allowing this petition.

3. This court is also satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraph no.4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the facts and circumstances, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the Civil Revision Petition and list the same for final hearing after four weeks.
