The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 13.10.2023, has granted bail to the petitioner. However, in para 7 of the order copy, the number of Crl.O.P has been mentioned as Crl.O.P.No.21745 of 2023 instead of Crl.O.P.No.23242 of 2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 7 of the order shall be read as follows: "Further, a direction is issued to the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, to comply with the directions of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23242 of 2023 and accordingly, disburse the said amount after getting proper acknowledgement from the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

4. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy and the time already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
