Therefore, the present application has been filed for taking substituted service through Publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily Newspaper Malai Malar having circulation in Chennai.

2. The said petition is ordered, the petitioner is permitted to take publication in one issue of the Tamil Daily Newspaper Malai Malar having circulation in Chennai for the hearing date 21.12.2022. The publication shall be taken at least 10 days prior to the date of hearing.
