The complaint was registered based on secret information that the petitioner along with two others created a ruckus on the public road showing a patta knife and threatening the public. A case was registered, the deadly weapons carried by the petitioner were seized and he was arrested on 02.07.2025. 3.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in 12 criminal cases and his act has caused annoyance to the general public, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
