This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 151 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed in CMP 228 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Poonamallee.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
