Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the Respondent police to produce the body of person of the victim the petitioner's son aged about 28 years by name D.Siranjeevi who is in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the Respondent police to produce the body of person of the victim the petitioner's son aged about 28 years by name D.Siranjeevi who is in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent before this Court and set him at liberty. 2.

Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the police authorities of E-1, Singanallur Police Station, Coimbatore traced the detenue and handed over the detenue to their parents. The petitioner has also given in writing that the detenue has been handed over to him.
