This application is filed for condoning the delay of 12 days in filing written statement in T.O.S.No.34 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent though sought time for filing counter on 17.11.2022, no counter is filed today.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and having satisfied with the reasons and also the fact that the delay is only 12 days, this Court allows this application.

4.Registry is directed to receive the written statement of the applicant/defendant.

5.Post the matter after two weeks, for framing issues.
