C.M.A.No.2538 of 2022 C.M.A.No.2538 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Court by an order dated 30.01.2024, enhanced the compensation awarded by the Tribunal from Rs.3,08,300/- to Rs.3,62,500/- and directed the Respondent - Transport Corporation to deposit the enhanced amount within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order, before the Tribunal and the matter was directed to be posted for compliance today (25.03.2024) and thereafter the matter is listed today under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance'.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation sought time to deposit the enhanced amount.

3. Post on 28.03.2024.
