This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first and second respondents to lock and seal the hotel belonging to the third respondent in the name and style of M/s.Greenway Snacks at No.80, Nethaji Nagar, Alapakkam Road, Maduravoyal, Chennai - 600 095.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.
