This petition is filed to condone the delay of 142 days in filing the CMASR.No.128985 of 2023.

2.R1 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal. Hence, notice to R1 is dispensed with.

3.Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel takes notice for R2.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above C.M.A.SR.No.128985 of 2023, if the papers are otherwise in order.

5.In the eventuality of the petitioner succeeding in the appeal, interest may have to be reckoned only from the date on which the Registry takes the appeal on record.
