Crl.M.P.No.17167 of 2023 in Crl.A.SR.No.11735 of 2018 M.DHANDAPANI, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1. Erode in S.T.C.No.209 of 2013 dated 02.01.2017.

2. Mr.V.Regunathan, legal aid counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
