This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.G.Vignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

The delay is only 38 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 38 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
