This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 08.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.11341 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11954 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
