Crl.M.P. No.13711 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.19761 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Para.6(a) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.19761 of 2024 dated 20.08.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Hon'ble Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
