It is stated that the revision petition has been filed by the 1st defendant in O.S.No.2565 of 2017 which was pending on the file of the XIV Assistant City Civil Court Chennai. The 1st respondent / plaintiff had filed I.A.No.6742 of 2017 in O.S.No.2565 of 2017 under Section 151 CPC to direct the 1st defendant namely, the present petitioner to supply goods to continue the business in accordance with an agreement dated 02.11.2013. The said application was allowed, necessitating the filing of the present Civil Revision Petition by the 1st defendant. However, it is informed that the suit itself had been withdrawn by the plaintiff.

2.Recording the said statement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
