This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, passed in Crl.O.P.No. 18895 of 2024 order dated 19.08.2024.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
