The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail consequent to the NonBailable Warrant issued by VII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai in S.C.No.243 of 2019.
2. The petition seeking anticipatory bail would not lie.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner did not attend the Court only for one hearing, other than that he had been regular in attending the hearings.
4. The petitioner must surrender before the concerned Court and if the records are available, the learned VII Additional Sessions Court, Chennai, in view of the fact that the petitioner had according to the learned counsel for the petitioner absented himself only for one day, examine the records and pass appropriate orders in the surrender application and the petition seeking relief preferably on the same day, if the petitioner surrenders at 10.30 a.m., https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
