ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to issue NOC to the petitioner to run a Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Naturals Spa" at 78, Cheran Towers, Government Arts College Road, Coimbatore - 641 018, on the representation dated 12.09.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondent, in turn, sought for certain documents from the petitioner to give NOC.

3. If the petitioner furnished all the details and particulars, the request of the petitioner may be considered and the respondent shall pass orders in accordance with law.
