ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner's Self help Group to manage the operation of Amma Unavagam, Attur Municipality at Grain Bazar, Pudupet Post, Attur Taluk, Salem District, based on their representation dated 08.08.2019.

2. The representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.08.2019 cannot be considered now after a period of five years. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the authority concerned on a fresh cause of action if they are so advised. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. W.M.P.No.30215 of 2019 is closed.
