This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case in S.C No.433 of 2016 from the file of the Additional District Judge (Special Mahila Court), Salem to some other Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prosecution has examined all the witnesses except the Investigating Officer and the matter is posted for examination of Investigating Officer.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
