When the matter was taken for hearing on 09.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter got adjourned to 17.11.2021. Accordingly, the matter is listed today. Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2017 was considered by the second respondent and the legal heirship certificate was issued to the petitioner, subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition. 3.Though the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and legal heirship certificate was issued to him, there is no representation for the petitioner on the couple of occasions. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
