ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.393 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police, Saibaba Colony Police Station, Coimbatore and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the second respondent/Party-in-person and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the 1st respondent police. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before this court. Further, A Joint memo of compromise has been filed by the defacto complainant and the petitioner before this Court. As per the terms of Joint memo of compromise stated that the defacto complainant is not inclined to proceed with the case in FIR.No.393 of 2022 against the petitioner. This Court also enquired both the parties and was satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves. 2/4

Considering the Joint memo of compromise filed by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in FIR No.393 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police, is quashed and the terms of Joint memo of compromise has been filed in the typed set of papers along with this petition, shall form part and parcel of this order.
