Today there is no representation on behalf of the respondent after the case was passed over.

2.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of this Court dated 05.02.2024 has not been complied by the respondent and therefore it is impeading in the Execution Petition filed by the applicant to enforce the award passed by the Arbitral Tribunal on 29.01.2021. 3.It is noticed that the order of this Court dated 05.02.2024 have been taken casually by the respondent.

4.Considering the same, Registry is directed to issue arrest warrant to arrest the Managing Director of the respondent for appearance before this Court on 26.03.2024.
