2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 134 days in filing the appeal.

3. The learned senior counsel appearing for the non-applicant opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is spelt out in the application. The non-applicant is 85 year old senior citizen and is harassed unnecessarily by the applicants.

4. The merits of the contentions of the learned senior counsel for the non-applicant would be considered when the appeal is heard on merits.
