O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.140 of 2013 from the respondent to any other investigative agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the above case, investigation was completed, final report filed and it was pending for committal in P.R.C.No.16 of 2016. Thereafter, the petitioner defacto complainant filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Puducherry in Crl.M.P.No.801 of 2016 for further investigation, in which the learned Magistrate ordered that the Station House Officer, Kirumambakkam Police Station shall conduct further investigation and file final report. Accordingly, after further investigation, additional final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Puducherry. Further copy of the additional final report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Therefore, at this stage, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
