This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19760 of 2023, by an order dated 31.08.2023, to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 am., until further orders.
