Heard Mr. K.Rahul, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.Subramani, Learned Counsel for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Writ Petition had been filed for directing the Respondent to take action on the representation dated 31.10.2022 made by the Petitioner within a time frame fixed by the Court.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the Petitioner has not carried out repairs to the terminal chamber and sewerage lines in his house in furtherance to the Letter No. Se.Ku.Vaa/E.Ma.Pa//Paguthi-2/Panimanai15/Sirapu/2022 dated 20.10.2022 sent by the Respondent and in such circumstances, it is not possible to take any action on the said representation made by the Petitioner in this case. In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner would take appropriate steps in that regard and seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to pursue any further course of action, if such necessity 2/4

arises, before proper forum in the manner recognized by law, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such clarifications. No costs.
