] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 560 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal. The petitioner has given sufficient reasons explaining the delay and this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the cause for the delay is satisfactorily explained by the petitioner, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
