C O M M O N O R D E R These applications have been filed to implead respondent Nos. 6 to 16 as respondents 6 to 16 in O.A. No. 587 of 2020 as well as in C.S. No. 762 of 2015.

2. As per the Registry note, no Advocate has filed vakalat for R10, R11, R13, R14, R15 and R16 sofar.

3. R10, R11, R13, R14, R15 and R16 are set exparte.

4. Affidavit of service filed that notice to R12 has been sent through e-mail on 31.08.2025.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents, who has stated no objection for allowing these applications.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and as service has already been completed, these applications are allowed. No costs.

7. Time is granted to carry out amendments within a period of two weeks.
