Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order bearing Na.Ka.No.008057/C5/C2/2004 dated 18.09.2006 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal improper, against law and violation of principles of natural justice and thereby direct the respondent to sanction the annual increment.
