This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19360 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
