[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent / judgment debtor reports that pursuant to the order dated 07.09.2023, the amount agreed towards full quit and satisfaction, they fully paid on tendering Rs.20 Lakhs towards the 3rd installment and the Official Assignee also endorsed the said submission.

2. In view of the full quit and satisfaction, the decree passed in A.No.108 of 2016 dated 12.07.2019 is fully satisfied and the Application No.5475 of 2022 is closed.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent / judgment debtor submits that the original title deed of the judgment debtor is in the custody of the Official Assignee and the same may be directed to be return to the judgment debtor, in view of the full satisfaction of the decree. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
