This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police twice in a month (i.e) on every 1st and 16th day of English calender month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11270 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7713 of 2023 dated 07.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the NDPS Court, Chennai monthly once i.e., on 1st Saturday of every month for three months and on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial and on all Court hearing dates and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
