ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st & 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.08.2022 requesting the 1st & 2nd respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's account. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the 1st & 2nd respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 8 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
