This application has been filed to condone the delay of 55 days in representing the additional written statement of the 1st and 2nd defendants in the above suit.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.

4. It is represented that the 2nd defendant is not residing in the address mentioned in the plaint and hence proper address to be filed by way of memo.
