When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that pursuant to the order passed by the Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore in e/f/vz;/70/$p/E/gp/2022 dated 14.11.2022, (TPDA No.295 dated 15.11.2022), the petitioner has been detained as "Goonda" as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
