This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.77 of 2017 on the file of second respondent here in and transfer the same to any other officer. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in Crime No.77 of 2017 and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ponneri and the same is yet to be taken on file.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Ponneri to take the final report on file and proceed further in accordance with law and complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.
