ORDER
Mrs.S.Indhubala, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents particularly the 3rd respondent to issue separate patta by sub dividing the original survey No.124/3 as S.No.124/3A1A, to an extent 2180 sq.ft., in favour of the petitioner, for the property which is situated at Veershozhapuram village, Kandacheepuram Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering the petitioners application dated 29.04.2025, vide application No.2025/0105/ 07/ 636911.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the aforsaid property. He filed a application on 29.04.2025 to the 3rd respondent seeking to issue separate patta by sub dividing the original survey No.124/3 as S.No.124/3A1A, to an extent 2180 sq.ft., in favour of the petitioner, for the property which is situated at Veershozhapuram village, Kandacheepuram Taluk, Villupuram District. However, the said application has not been considered so far by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application dated 29.04.2025, made by petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
4. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the application 3/6
of the petitioner dated 29.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
