This application has been filed by the applicant/4th defendant to grant leave to sue the property being vacant Plot bearing No.155, Velusamy Nagar, 7th street, Keelkattalai Village, Madipakkam, Chennai-600 117, comprised in Survey Nos.301/3 and 301/7A2 of an extent of 34 cents and 13 cents respectively for effecting partition, in the plaint schedule as Item No.7 in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4/plaintiffs has no objection in allowing this application.

3.In view of no objection given by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, leave is granted and accordingly, this application is allowed.

4.The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5.For filing amended plaint copy, post on 13.02.2025.
