This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 particularly the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2025 and not to issue any new electricity connection in favour of the 4th respondent based on the impugned ownership certificate in connection with HSD Patta No. 318/1400 block no. 136/2-3000 dated 25.01.1991 Andakapalayam, Vellanaipatti village, Coimbatore.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the present petition is hereby dismissed as 2/4
withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil court. No costs.
