This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.22787 of 2022 on 21.09.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Thiruvarur on first working day of December 2022 and January 2023 at 10.30.a.m., and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
